Suggestions for Volume B from Uri Shmueli

After retiring as editor of Volume B, Uri Shmueli kept us informed of any suggestions
he received for the next edition, to be passed on to the next editor for consideration.
These are listed below. (Uri would want me to stress that these are only suggestions.)
(1) From Rick Millane, in answer to a request for revisions for the third
edition:
> I think that a revision of my chapter is not really necessary at this stage.
> Of course some new things have come out in fiber diffraction but nothing I am
> aware of that is of critical importance. It would probably be a good idea to
> update my chapter at the follwoing revision, so please contact me when that
> comes up.
(2) A comment from Uri: If anyone takes care of the fourth edition of
Volume B, he may perhaps consider adding a section on the subject
of precession electron diffraction after the EDSA section by Vainshtein
and Zvyagin (after first consulting Spence).
(3) Further suggestions from Uri:
1. Request authors of 'Direct methods' and 'Patterson techniques'
to update/revise their chapters.
2. Update/revise 2.5.4 'Electron diffraction structure analysis'
(consult Dr. D. L. Dorset).
3. Revise 2.5.5 'Image reconstruction' (invite Dr. P. A. Penczek as
co-author).
